Giant OCR's regularly have creaks. Have your LBS contact Giant directly. Giant will request they look at very specific points before sending out a new frame.

Thanks for the advice! I brought my bike to a friend who has owned several Giants and he knew exactly where to look. He tinkered with something and sprayed some WD-40 and the creak is gone. And no cracks were found
