I have access to tons of workouts, I guess what I was trying to ask, was if there was a particular type of workout that you all use in the off season. Do you still do hard intervals, or LSD.....or do you just select from the binder and say...I think I feel like this today...

Oh, I just do whatever I feel like doing that day. Some days I'm in the mood for sprints, some days for long distance.
