Well for me to keep my fitness level up, I need to do one swim workout a week with around 3,000-3,500 yards.
Of course, in season, this is what I do for training! HA! Well, I have upped my distance to 4,000 yards a workout, once a week.
Swim Workouts in a Binder is a great book for swim workouts. It's nice to have an actual workout to do pool side.
