First of all...thanks so much for the VALUABLE advice that has been provided on this forum! I have learned so much since I found you guys! I have been cycling off and on for about 3 yrs but really got the "bug" this season. I am totally addicted! As a result I have really found that food/nutrition has become paramount in my performance and recovery. I have a problem taking regular multi-vitamins and have heard that liquid vitamins are easier on my tummy. Any suggestions?
