Oh, you should be fine! Sounds like you have a good running and cycling base under you.

My only suggestion would be adding some run/bike/run combos into your training. You need to get use to how it feels to go from the bike to run especially.

Well, good luck! You should do just fine.

You sound ready to me. Like KSH says, get in some run/bike, bike/run, run/bike/run combos and you'll be ready to shine!
I'd rather be swimming...biking...running...and eating cheesecake...

    Thank you!

I plan on scheduling brick workouts and run/bike/run combos every week. I am going to start easy tomorrow. 7 mile bike ride 1 mile run. I don't want to discourage myself right out of the gate! Do you think 2 per week is enough/too much?

    Oh, you'll sooooo be OK!!

You'll do great! I only do one brick a week, but if you want to do two and feel good- then go for it. Everyone is different, and our muscles have a wonderful memory that if you do it for a couple weeks 1-2 times a week- they'll remember quite well (thank you, muscles! ).

Good...I was hoping one a week would do! I feel fine going from run to bike, but it's the bike-run that I'm concerned about. So...that's what I'm planning to focus on if I'm pressed for time.
