Wow, Denise, so sorry for all you've been going through. You continue to be a lady that I look up to for many various reasons- but one I'll probably never meet. Now I have one more reason to look up to you and look to you for inspiration- that you're taking life by the horns and pusuing your dream. I'll buy one- heck, our club buys hundreds of tees every year for races- and I'd pitch the heck out of your comapany to the RD's.

Take care of yourself and be good to you! Thanks for the reminder to live each day like it's the last. Love and hugs!!!

    Dear Denise,

Thank you for telling us all about it, and I am so sorry it's been such a rough road. Those techs, secretaries, parking lot attendants, etc, at medical centers just don't know how much their attitude and energy affect the patients.

I understand being undone about the possible breast ca diagnosis--probably you'd been "strong" and held it together for scare #1, relaxed, and then scare #2 was just too much.

Sorry to hear about your uncle, too. And you're right, we make a powerful choice when we eat well and move our bodies. You're an extraordinary example of this! A role model and hero to many of us here, and to many, many other people.

I am looking forard to seeing where you and Tony take your dreams! You know we'll buy t-shirts!

Be well. Have great races. Enjoy the day. (((Denise, Tony, Spencer)))

    love, Lise

Hi Lise (waves in the general direction of Chicago from AZ)

Thanks again for your kind words. I am moving forward with my business. Will tell you the name as soon as I get the trademark application in for processing and can "claim" it. I went to a party at a neighbors house over the weekend and found my website designer. He works at Go Daddy and does web design on the side. Also found out that running sons best friends mom has a degree in graphic design! YES!!! I need help in that dept. and she agreed to help me.
She is in the process of starting her own business, and I have a lot of experience in marketing, so we are going to help each other.
    That party was quite lucrative!

Oh, and just on a lark I decided to put our summer pics together on a dvd to send to the granparents. It shows the GOOD of this summer. I posted it on VEOH.
    Check it out

ARGH! My stupid job won't let me watch videos on the internet when they're paying me to work! Site blocked. I'll have to watch it from home. I am excited about your business, and looking forward to patronizing it!

    Wow Denise -

I am so glad things turned out okay. And I do know the whole sense of perspective that comes with a "close call" - it can really be so refreshing and give you a chance to shift the focus of things, be it work, whatever. I am glad you turned this into a positive.

    Big hug to you!!
    Sarah

    Running Mommy,

I'm so glad that the tests came back negative and I hope for your continued health.
