Glad you guys had a great ride! I know you've been having too much heat. Our weather was OK this morning, but deteriorating into clouds and rain. I'm just easing back into easy workouts after some post-Shasta rest. Today it will either be a short easy ride, or maybe just some cardio time in the gym.
