I'd stick with the white. It's really pretty.
I decided to stay with the white saddle, but the white bar tape, sadly has to go. It's already gettin dirty! I don't mind my Mtn bike dirty, but for some reason this one is different. I feel like an over-protective mother! lol

Twigg, congratulations on your new sweet ride. How do you like your white seat? I guess the white bar tape is a no go, but don't despair, there are some really cool bar ribbons out there with marbled colors.

I think you will be pleased as punch to have a WSD bike.

I'm on a Specialized Sequoia and our LBS just got in a new shipment of '08's. I would love to test ride a Dolce. It looks so cool, clean and quick!

    Have a great weekend ride.

Pretty bike! There is black/yellow confetti bar tape. Enjoy the ride!

    Ooo, very nice bike! Congratulations!

I for one am very glad I have black tape. I hardly own anything white, it goes from looking clean and fresh to grubby and ugly in no time flat...

What a great bike! I also think I've seen black-and-yellow bar tape. You could even kit yourself out in a yellow top with your black bike shorts. And Sock Guy used to make socks with bees on the cuff. There's so much potential for fun with the black/yellow color scheme. Oops, is my inner interior decorator showing?

Have fun with your new ride!

I thought about the yellow top also! Actually the bike is white/yellow with baby blue accents. I will have to take a closer pic! I am going to look for blue shorts to match! I need to find that black and yellow bar tape! The sales guy at my LBS was talking about putting gel under the new bar tape when he changes it out. Has anyone had that done, if so did you like it?

Mine came with comfort gel under the bar tape, and I love it for the long rides I do. I have tiny hands, though, and I suspect the extra thickness contributes some to my reach problems because it does make the bars a little fat.

    Congratulations on the new bike!

I like the white. Sure it will get a bit dirty with use, but that gives it character... Enjoy each ride!

I clean my white bar tape with Soft Scrub. It works like a charm.
