So here she is!! I picked her up yesterday! I decided to go with the Dolce. I was so much more comfortable on this bike then on the Allez. You can't see in the picture very well but she is white and yellow with a white seat. Not sure how long the seat will stay white though!!
K! I am going out to ride!! Thank you all for your advice and support while I was shopping for the perfect bike!

    Very nice. ENJOY.

I'm thinking---BEE THEME. Switch out the saddle and bar tape to black. The saddlebag is fine. YOu should call the bike "Sting."

That isn't a bad idea to switch those out. I actually hadn't thought of that.
Sting is quite fitting hence the colors, and also considering I just crashed on the pavement and the road rash on my leg stings a lil bit! lol No scratches on the bike though!!

Must have been a bummer to go down on such a lovely new bike! Glad she's okay (and you, too!).

I'd stick with the white. It's really pretty.

Nice- very nice!!!! What a beautiful ride!!!!
Sting is a good name- you can use it as a noun (I rode Sting this morning) as a verb (my bike stung the road yesterday), as an adverb (Sting's moving so stingingly fast that I couldn't see who was riding it) or as an adjective (you're stinger fast bike is amazing). Sorry- I just got done reviewing parts of speech with the students and my brain hasn't shut off.

    Enjoy your new best pal!!!!

Really love the color, and also the shape of the top tube. Enjoy!

This bike is so much fun to ride! Thank you all for the encouragement and the props.
I've had a bit of a shaky start on the clipless pedals (my first pair) but I know with some practice I will get used to them.

BTW-nice word usage Tri Girl! Sting is proving to be quite versatile!

I decided to stay with the white saddle, but the white bar tape, sadly has to go. It's already gettin dirty! I don't mind my Mtn bike dirty, but for some reason this one is different. I feel like an over-protective mother! lol

Twigg, congratulations on your new sweet ride. How do you like your white seat? I guess the white bar tape is a no go, but don't despair, there are some really cool bar ribbons out there with marbled colors.

I think you will be pleased as punch to have a WSD bike.

I'm on a Specialized Sequoia and our LBS just got in a new shipment of '08's. I would love to test ride a Dolce. It looks so cool, clean and quick!

    Have a great weekend ride.
