Well,
We are off tomorrow afternoon for a 5 day kayak camping trip. It will serve as a nice little break from training. I am sure we will do some long swims, being right on the lake, but no running or mt biking. I am looking forward to it. I am feeling a bit tired. We have been hitting it pretty hard and I feel ready for a rest.
We are taking my brother, and the DH's sister. So a brother/sister trip.
I am going to putz in my kayak and read and nap and listen to the loons, and then get back to the hard work prepping for Nationals next week.
So one more hard workout to go, tomorrow morning and then LET THE LOUNGING BEGIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Enjoy your very well deserved break. Sounds like it'll be a great trip. It'll do wonders for you physically and mentally.
