Darndarndarn! Why can't cool shoes ever come in my size??? (43). I could do with some barely-look-like-bike-shoes to wear with a skort for commuting. Come Spring, that is. Now we're in Fall we're fast headed out of skort season here and into long pants, wool liners, rain suits. With those my clunky mtb bike shoes don't look out of place. Oh well. Sigh. Half-marathon over. Sabbatical year over. It's back to "sacking shirt and oat cakes" as they say here.
