WHOO HOOOOO, way to go!! It all just gets easier and the distances longer. So far 15 miles has been the farthest I have gone so far but that has been more limited by time then by ability to go further.

Well done... but I think you should add in a couple of bonus miles to the total cause of the intersection and negotiating the roads!

Nah, most of the drivers were very courteous. One buzz on a trip *that* long is all there was. I would have been happier if both intersections had crosswalks but puzzling over an intersection time doesn't really count as miles .

Congrats! Good job on the intersections! I would've been terrified. We do not have anything other than stop sign intersections around here, and if I'm making a left, I'm even scared of some of those! It's nice to hear about courteous drivers too. Although I have encountered some courteous drivers, they seem to be out-numbered by jerks.

Gee, I wish I could ride to a Target! I'd have to ride about 45 miles each way. I guess that won't be happening any time soon!

Congratulations on your ride! A couple of weekends ago, my DH rode to Wal-mart, among other places. It was a first for me and a bit intimidating with the traffic in the parking lot and on the road to get in and out, but nothing bad happened, I ran in and bought ibuprofen while DH guarded our bikes, and we were on our way. Fun!
