I think it was wise to reward yourself early. I bet you'll see the rest of the weight drop right off just from riding. I also ride a Dolce, and turned 40 in May. I'm in the best shape I've ever been in. You will be, too, and it will be easier and more fun getting there than you can imagine!

Like how you manged to fit 2 cages on with a pump. I'm going to copy that set up. See, you're already teaching the old dogs!
