Mountain Hardwear hiking pants both size 12.
1 pair Seismic Convertable pants, new with tags, pants inseam of ~31 1/2", zip off shorts inseam ~8" Khaki color, no elastic in the low rise waist. Retail is $80, I got them on sale for ~$40, I will let them go for $25 including shipping.

1 pair Arroyo capris black, ~24 1/2" inseam. No elastic in the low rise waist. I have worn and washed these once, but they don't fit anymore (I lost weight). Retail is $55, I got them on sale, so they are yours for $15 including shipping.

1 Sugi Texas cycling jersey, mens size M. I got this last summer when I was in Texas, and it is too big. Tags are still on it. I got it for $70, yours for $40 including shipping.
