Well, I never would have thought of the size thing! So, instead of being tight as hide, they need to be tight as aunt fanny's girdle... That actually makes a lot of sense and I think I'm buying "comfy" instead of "fitted" sizes. Thanks Yellow! Hmmm... wonder if I can shrink lycra....

A co-worker suggested getting a ball to sit on, so I've done that the last week or so.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

A few words of caution ... my chiro told me to use a ball as an office-chair replacement a max of two hours a day, or I'd be overdoing it.

nope, lycra doesn't shrink. it does melt nicely though
