Hey AZspinner; You can't find the race cuz it's the western states police and fire games. Im a cop in CA and a very slow hill climber, my endurance is good, you know, slow and steady but curious about the grade on that road. The race is in Oct., and have been told its still as hot as ever at that time. Havent entered, still thinking about it. Ill be ion the 'cycle 4' category (45-50 yr olds!). Any info re the pass would be appreciated. The guy running it hasnt responded to my quiry yet..
