    aha. The end bars wrapped like the flats disrupted my brains idea of road bars.
    Cool. It's a mutt of a bike but just like dogs, those are the best kind.

    Not really a custom build; it's straight off-the-shelf from Rocky Mountain. It's a 2006 model, you can see it on RM's website here

    I'm itching to take her for a decent long ride, but I haven't had the time so far. Arrrrgh! Hopefully tomorrow. Maybe I'll post a ride report; I'm sure it will be an interesting experience compared to the vintage steel bikes I've been riding for nearly forty years!
