It's a tough spot. Because these teams are sponsor-driven. You can't hold the team liable (or can you?), as you'll only drive the sponsor away. Perhaps this is a start. If I were a company plunking down my hard-earned dollars on a team, I'd want to make darn sure they don't destroy my company's good name (will half the world now associate "Phonak" with a blood-doping team?).
