Oh, and no undies for me under my shorts, but to each his own...if undies work for you, go for it! I want to start a thread on bras under jerseys...I would sure rather go without!!! But that would be a completely individual thing as well.
I don't really drink that much , but I try to keep taking sips very frequently because I do know the dangers of dehydration. "Drink before you're thirsty...." I go through about a bottle to a bottle and a half (with electrolytes) on a 30 mile ride, unless it's extremely hot, when I might drink 2 bottles.
You probably drink way more than me because you sweat way more than me. Just makes sense!

As to bras...I am fairly small up top and don't really "need" a bra around the house. (I still fail the pencil test) But all that bumping and bouncing on my bike rides would drive me absolutely crazy!!! Especially on all the gravel roads! Feels good to be "safely strapped in" while on my bike.
