    Yeah I can relate - I'm not sure which was worse - an endo that resulted in 7 stitches in my elbow or falling off a twenty foot cliff.

    Sometimes you just have to let the trail-gnomes have their day! They will get tired and the trail will be yours again!!!

    I'm a firm believer that gritting your teeth and riding on bad days is a Good Thing, as the good days will feel that much better.

    Also, don't forge that old bumper sticker: "The worst day fishing is better than the best day at work." Substitute biking for fishing and keep on a-crankin'.
    Give big space to the festive dog that make sport in the roadway. Avoid entanglement with your wheel spoke.
