Yes, I had great run last year focusing on cycling. It was fun to ride 4-5 days a week. I miss those days sometimes. Unfortunately, I have run more these days... so I don't get to do the fun stuff.

Not avoiding y'all. I just haven't had a lot to add lately. You ladies are doing great without me butting in on things. Besides, it gets pretty dull talking about yet another long bike ride and run. Really, I am so swamped with training and work, I have nothing else to talk about.
Well, not true. I'm having a very interesting family issue right now that I would love to get some feedback on but it would take a lot of time explaining the background and I don't have much to post. So until I get a magical hour to myself with the computer......I'll have to manage on my own.Living life like there's no tomorrow.
