Just finished watching american Laura Bennett stomp the field of triathletes to win her first ever title. Brand new Hummer and $200,000. I am in awe of all these women and anyone who has competed in a tri, for I have not but will be doing a du soon. These women were doing 6 min. miles (10K) after their swim and bike. WOW!!! They are truly inspiring and motivating to me.
