    110 miles today. 70 with the Philly Cancer Society Ride and then 40 back to my friend Jenny's house to take a dip in the pool! BEAUTIFUL day, wonderful ride and now I get to sit and watch the evening edition of the Tour. Can a better day exist?

    Today's ride put my at 1074 miles since June 1st. Woo Hoo!
