I don't have book titles in mind, but I can defintiely recommend the website AIDSlifecycle.com. The website is about a 585 mile ride from San Fran to L.A. this June. I'm doing it for the first time, and am a newbie to riding. Lots of good information.

I just remembered a great book I read on mountainbiking, published by Mountain Bike Magazine. The original copy I borrowed from a library was about 10 years old. That version was well written, funny, informative. Read it ocver to cover and enjoyed it all. I then saw a more recently published edition in the bookstore (also by Mountainbike Magazine) that was totally boring and formulaic.
