We don't really have a choice in type of jersey (or design! I'm praying for non-white background!) but there is a "women's cut" whatever that means (more curves I hope). For the women they are ordering regular shorts, not bibs.

Did you find the size charts running true to size? I'm about your weight but 3 inches shorter so probably more weight distributed around the boobs & butt. I wear Pearl Izumi shorts in a size M, but it looks like I might need a L in the Champion System based on their charts.
