Did you know that abalone are related to snails? And much better with garlic I think.

OOOOOHHH - Conch fritters!! Yum! Spent a couple of weeks in the Bahamas a few years ago.....

I will pass on the oysters in any form, prairie, ocean, BBQ, raw, Rockefeller, whatever... BLECH.
