I think you should pick the color or colors you want. Hopefully a bike will last longer than a jacket. Do a search on custom bicycle painters. Here is the link to Peter Mooney's site. Make sure you look through all the galleries. The sky is the limit, or your wallet.

How about a beautiful silver bike (or a red/silver fade) with red handlebar tape, hubs, headset and tires? I once knew a Seven like that - clearcoated ti with red accents, and she was a beaut!

I love a pearlescent red. They sparkle.
I was actually thinking of having my commercial sized mixer 20quart hobart mixer (think of very large kitchenaid mixer) stripped and repainted.
My houesmate wants me to have flames painted on it too
. I was thinking of powder coated with skyblue with hint of purple and have it pearlescent. wrong place to ask but would this void NSF rating on my mixer? I think there were professional cooks here so would know what I'm talking about.
