Not technical at all.
It's tight singletrack through mature hardwoods.
Very swoopy - up and down rollers, but no real hard climbs. Two easy water crossings...no obstacles that don't have bail-outs (go-arounds).
When DivingBiker and I did this place with MORE, some of the folks there were on rigid singlespeeds. Tam did this just fine on her crossbike.
DH calls it a great place to mountainbike for roadies.
