Sadly, I'm a little up in the air for tomorrow. I twisted my knee last night bringing a huge mirror into my apartment. It was acting fine this morning, so I decided to go for an easy, flat ride this afternoon. Around mile 30 it started screaming at me. When I got home it was a little swollen, but that looks like it's going down now and the ache is leaving. If it stays loose and pain-free, I'll come out. Otherwise, I think I have to give it some downtime.
