I'll let you know how it works out. I'm going to use it for grapes too.

AG... I'm sorry but the graphic you presented looked a bit like something one would pick up in Greenwich Village... or the Castro.

A Banana Guard?? Is it lycra... plastic... latex

Perhaps it has alternate uses in a pinch

On the other hand, Veronica you truly do have a honey bear.

and I gotta tell ya'll...I'm must be Really bent - coz when the top of the pix started scrolling up - my face looked like this: !! Banana guard was Not what came to My mind either! oh dear!

and V, SadieKate et al: I think ya'll are lucky to have the DHs' you do. I enjoy the little moments you share with the rest of us - it gives me hope! So go give em a hug and a kiss from me and tell them Kathie says thanks for restoring my belief that there truly ARE keepers out there!!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand, strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming: "Yeah Baby! What a Ride!"

Um...wow...I could say so much more on this one.
The Banana Guard....don't leave home without protection.

The holes in it reminds me of other protection as well. After all, it's gotta breath!

I bought Hubby, son and myself Banana guards. I haven't had any problems getting bananas to fit. Sure makes it nice stuffing it in my pack and not having to worry about mush all over everything. They have them at wallbike and at bananaguard.com Pretty colors too.
