lubing Speedplay pedals

Wait...are you lubing the cleats or the actual pedals?
I've always lubed the cleats. Usually before each (or at least every other) ride.
I can definately tell a difference if it's been awhile since I last lubed. Can unclip and clip in much easier if they've been recently lubed.
Now, tell me what part of the pedal should I be lubing (since I'm so lube happy and all )

You have to get a grease injector, remove the little allen screw opposite the axle, and squirt grease in there.
