    Yeah, anyone could just load the whole thing right into their van and drive off.

    Die grinder, cut-off wheel, and a BIG air compressor. When I wrenched, it was always fun to cut the locks off of peoples bikes when they lost the key. Kryptonites in under 30 seconds always opened their eyes. Not many BG's haul around an air supply though, lol...
