sorry Zen, I didn't mean to ignore you! I just checked this thread again....

When I bought my pedals (2 years ago I guess) the guy at my former LBS told me they should be lubed every 3 months or so during riding season. I realized a couple weeks ago that I haven't lubed them for AT LEAST a year. They seem to be performing fine but I figured I'd lube them - who knows, maybe I can't tell that they aren't performing fine!
