Sport Bras w/ Jerseys

i have a champion bra from target also, that i really like. i found that it doesn't dry quite fast enough for me, though (i sweat about a gallon a minute, it feels like ). i think there are too many layers in it...

sugoi's fizz bra is amazingly comfortable, and super-wicking... comes in pretty colors too, and has a meshy back to it so it's nice and breathable. unfortunately it's a bit more $$ than target's, so i only have one

I'm looking for a very cool bra for a hot ride in August, and these prices are good. The bras don't look that ventilated, though.

I have the Zoot tritop bra. As a tritop it is pretty wicking, and seems to dry okay. As a smaller-chested lady, I dislike having alot of fabric high up on my neck, and this bra actually comes up too high on my neck for me. It's not scooped like most sports bras, I'm assuming because it's a tritop and designed so that you're not giving the world a show on your bike. Also, the band that goes around your chest is somewhat constrictive. Good for if you're wearing it all day in a race, but I find it the slightest bit uncomfortable for just a regular wearing.

Thanks, this is helpful. I like a scoop for the airflow, and I wear a HR monitor, so I don't like a constrictive chest-band. Appreciate the input!

I too have been on a decent bra search lately. I just purchased the Women's Techwick Seamless Demi bra from Eastern Mountain Sports (ems.com) on Monday and I like it alot.

For very little fellows my breasts do know how to make the sweat and a lot of it so I like light fabrics that wick well and this one does a good job. Not overly expensive ($18 and there's a sale right now!! ) either so I think I'll be getting another one very soon.

I'm curious about the champion bra...looks like I need to make a little trip to Target!

I just went to Target today, actually, to pick one of those up. I was surprised that they are $17.99 - so they're actually the same price as the bras you spoke of. For some reason, I was anticipating that they might be cheaper since they were at Target - but I will use it today, and I'm hoping that it's worth it.

I picked up a new bra over the weekend, and after one 80 mile test ride, I think I am going to really like it. I got it at Title IX, and it is a Moving Comfort Bra, the Melbourne model.

It is described as ultra-wicking, although I noticed that it doesn't dry quite as fast as I would have thought after washing and hanging to dry, for instance. Yet, on the bike for 80 miles in the sunshine, I found it very comfortable and didn't feel that soggy cotton feel you get with non-drying stuff.

It has a scoop neck, but a much higher scoop than I currently had, and I don't feel like I'm putting on a show with it when I'm in the drops.

Also, there is a separate little liner for the breast area...very thin, very light, and I think that really helped with the moisture control in that area. Very comfortable. Also, the HRM was comfortable underneath this bra.

I think they are pretty normally sized. I got a Large, which said was for 36BC to 38B. I am pushing it right now to get into a 38B because I have put on a fair amount of weight, but my sense is that the sizing is in line with my sort of normal clothes, rather than with the sleek sizing of cycling wear.

I would give this bra a good review, and it was $34.
