At least when he's cycling his jiggly bits are on the saddle- when running they'd be slapping all around.I think I'd rather see him riding than running.

I don't know if he's still out there, but in the town of Sebastopol (nor cal) there was a guy who would run down the main drag in nothing but a speedo or thong and running shoes.
And while he was thin, I would not exactly call him "pleasing to the eye"..
This was about 5 years ago, and somehow I bet he's still out there...
