It is a typical summer day here in the Ohio Valley - sunny, hot and humid. I love this weather (strange I know)

My energy levels are okay - I'm tired but I think it is more a mental fatigue than a physical fatigue. My counselor suggested I start taking Melatonin at night to help me sleep and it has indeed helped the past two nights. I think as I sort things out in my head and come to terms with each item the mental fatigue will slowly vanish. It is a slow process and I just have to be patient.
