"Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather, to skid in broadside thoroughly used-up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming: WOW WHAT A RIDE!!!!"
Good luck! Have fun! Can't wait to hear about it when you get back.![]()

DO NOT litter the roadway with food supplement wrappers. Littering is an automatic disqualification
THIS is cool. I was so upset at my first bike marathon last year, high up in the mountains, and the roadside riddled with gel packs and banana skins.
And bestest of luck and energy, Yoda!

It's a little secret you didn't know about us women. We're all closet Visigoths.

Wahine..I hope the Half goes well.Funky chick!
Hey AR..
That rule is wonderful however...the Technical official must SEE you littering before they can ding ya. Same as drafting. Competitors can tell us (the TO's ) they saw X person drafting or blocking but in order to give a yellow card, we have to see it ourselves.. I know this was a sore point at this year's Half IM in Busselton..
I see myself sitting on the back of a motorbike a lot in the upcoming tri season here in Aus plus doing more tri's..just so i can be confident in yellow carding someone![]()
