Well KSH,the bike is definitely my strong point,I could probably stay off the bike for a couple of months and still be good for at least 50-60 miles.Sooooo,I guess I'll be "hitting the bricks" for swimming and running.I finished my first tri in 2:45:01.My goal for the next one in September is 2:30 or less.I have also added strength training two days a week and am tightening up my nutrition plan to drop 15 lbs by then.
