Wasn't that snow the craziest thing? I was doing a ride called the Muscle Mountain Mania, a benefit for ALS research. It started snowing about 15 miles into it. We turned around at the 20 mile mark and got picked up by a SAG vehicle 5 miles later.
The weather was much better on Sunday but I had other plans so I wasn't able to make up for the mileage I missed on Sat. Oh well, plenty of other opportunities to ride coming up.

Oh! I heard that you guys had serious snow accumulations. I just had enough to see snowflakes (okay, snowblobs) on my gloves, before the rain washed them off. I was doing the Seven Counties Century benefitting a juvenile assistance program, and I figured that my money was in, so I was going home. I was so chilled - I need to remember how quickly you can get cold when you are wet.
Let's hope that this weekend brings warm sunshine. (Okay, maybe the sunshine can wait until I finish my taxes!)
