Thanks, Mr. S. I'm feeling better with each passing day. I'm getting ready to head out the door for my first 2 mile spin of the day to be followed by a 3 mile walk.

It is indeed the guy I introduced you and Silver to at the HH. He evidently had been comtemplating this for several months and finally worked his "courage" up to end our three year relationship. As I've told others, I don't know that there is a good time to make such an announcement and I guess if it had to end it had to end. I'm moving forward and working on getting myself together and well.
