Yea!! You can ride again, that is great. I know it will be hard to hold yourself back, but in time you will be "free" to ride for as long as you want. You are that much closer to your freedom. Hang in there

I'm simply looking forward to riding again tomorrow. Two miles is a gift and I'm going to enjoy every minute as I fly around my subdivision. I also know that two miles will increase soon and my life will be back on track.

In any event, I think he's a fool...and his timing was certainly selfish and self-centered. You're a great woman with lots to offer and we look forward to our next ride with you (even if we can't keep up!)

Thanks, Mr. S. I'm feeling better with each passing day. I'm getting ready to head out the door for my first 2 mile spin of the day to be followed by a 3 mile walk.

It is indeed the guy I introduced you and Silver to at the HH. He evidently had been comtemplating this for several months and finally worked his "courage" up to end our three year relationship. As I've told others, I don't know that there is a good time to make such an announcement and I guess if it had to end it had to end. I'm moving forward and working on getting myself together and well.

If you guys come down for the Old Kentucky Home Tour let me know for I'd love to see you guys and ride with you.
