    Review of NAU...

I had asked a while back if anyone had seen this...

    https://www.nau.com/homepage/index.j...ucts/107W500&4

Well, I ordered one and really didn't like it. First of all I normally wear a large and this one was HUGE! The wool is also a little scratchy and quite heavy for a short sleeve shirt.
They seem like a good company, you get to pick a charity to donate a portion of your sale to. Too bad my first time ordering was something I really didn't like. I will be sending it back.

I always thought of wool as a cold weather sort of fabric. Now I wonder. What temperature does it become to warm to wear wool?

I own a wool tank top. I replaced all of my polypro items with wool. So, basically anytime you would wear synthetic I would say you could replace it with wool. I have some super thin Smartwool shirts that I wear on 90 degree days. I have never biked without wearing wool. I don't think there is ever a temperature that you couldn't wear wool!

    Like Alaska!!
Seriously, it got to 90F three years ago in Denali. You are right about Port Townsend, it doesn't get too warm. I have worn my wool in the desert in Utah and Nevada however.

Next time give us more notice and my BF and I will join you for sure. He would love that. (So would I). We are in Victoria this weekend. Sorry we will miss you.

My new Ibex Switchback Pullover SHRANK!!!!!!

Like, painfully tight, look I'm Dolly Parton, cutting off circulation, sqeezing my spaghetti-like biceps TIGHT!!!!

I've NEVER had ANYTHING from Ibex shrink before!

Washed it the same as all my other woolies (including my other Switchback), cold water (the hot water hose is disconnected from my washer, so I'm certain it was cold!) gentle cycle, hang dry.

    AAAAAAG!

(tried to call them, but they are closed for the weekend.)
