itchy forehead???

Try wearing a scraf flat over your forehead if nothing else works. I get the exact same dry patches on either side of my forehead when I wear a hat. I hate it, it is like bad dandruff in just two small spots. I think maybe my head doesn't breath well in these two spots or something? good luck!

I've got a Buff which I think is great. I do suffer from patches of dry skin - my right arm being the worst affected. Tried everything to get rid of it. Sometimes the itch drives me up the wall Any suggestions to get rid of it???

Aloe Vera gel, specifically the Trader Joe's version. It doesn't feel like lotion going on, but the next day your skin will feel better for it.
My second suggestion (that works for me) is kinda icky - mineral oil bath. Pour about 1/2 bottle of mineral oil into a nice bath. Careful, you, your tub, and everything you touch will be icky and slick for hours. Also, you will have trouble keeping it out of your hair. But, your skill will feel better for weeks.
You can get the mineral oil in the intestinal ailments section of your grocery store. Don't use baby oil, which is mineral oil but with scent in it, the mineral oil is better because it lacks the scents and other things.
I have also applied mineral oil directly to an affected area, like your arm.
The Aloe gel might work for people with helmet issues.
