Will she be able to get on the seat and have her toes touch the ground? Please give me some guidance.
My Trek 7100 is a 17 1/2 and I'm 5'8" w/ 32"inseam and the 20 is too big for me. See if they'll compromise on the size- Congrats on your Win. Jenn

p.s. the seat height is where my toes barely touch the ground and it is comfy for me and I have balanced control of the bike

    too big?

I'm 5' 5 1/2" and test rode some Treks last month. 16.5 -17 " frames were the right fit for me (29.5" inseam, shorter torso in my case). The models that let me touch the ground while still seated were cruisers like the Calypso, or the Pure series that have pedals forward. The other models, I could barely touch my toes to the ground. I think 20" is too large for you. Maybe you can trade for a smaller frame or if nothing else, sell it on Craig's list and get one that fits you.
