I've got a set of Kenda Kwik 30c's for dirt/mud, and I just picked up a set of Continental City Ride 32c's for smooth surfaces. I haven't quite gotten to the point of buying slicks yet.

That Topeak stand looks pretty cool. A young woman in our office bought a bike earlier this year and when I asked her what she was doing to care for it, she gave me a blank look. I've been meaning to help her get set up with a stand and some lube. The FlashStand might be perfect for her. Could you bring it tomorrow and show me how it works?
"How about if we all just try to follow these very simple rules of the road? Drive like the person ahead on the bike is your son/daughter. Ride like the cars are ambulances carrying your loved ones to the emergency room. This should cover everything, unless you are a complete sociopath."
