I use bikejournal.com, too. I just track date, miles, weather, route description, and bike.

Wow, just as I predicted, you ladies are full of great suggestions. I'll have to check it all out this weekend. I'm especially interested in tracking my riding as well as my running miles. I may be training for another marathon this October. I also plan on riding and keeping some sort of "base" after completing my first Century this month (june). I also try to get into the gym a few times a week to lift weights and I like to track that also. I'm a NUT about tracking my progress . . something about seeing it all in writing motivates me to KEEP MOVIN' !!! Do I have a witness ???
I like beginnertriathlete.com. You can track cycling, running & swimming and add other activities like weights or walking. You also can import race data. It's pretty cool for a freebie!
