As several of the BJ threads have discussed - you can track whatever miles you want. Indoor, outdoor, both, tri!......it's a personal journal so You decide how to track it. I set an annual goal and then worked out how many miles a week I needed to fulfill that goal. Since I am now Woefully behind that, I will have No problem reminding you to track miles coz I"m gonna take all the miles I can get!!.......(trying to figure out the perfect bribe to maybe get some of V's miles!!)
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand, strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming: "Yeah Baby! What a Ride!"
