Drive like the person ahead on the bike is your son/daughter. Ride like the cars are ambulances carrying your loved ones to the emergency room. What's everyone doing on the morning of July 4th? If we want to get Nicole out on the dirt, would that be a good day to do it?

I'll try to swing it. Since I'll be out of town the weekend before and therefore missing my regular weekend ride I can probably sell this as a trade.
There was some talk of doing Rosaryville and a road ride; is that still a possibility?
Just remember, I can't afford an injury that would derail my triathlon training
