Thanks for info. Here in NYC bike theft is such a problem that no lock leaves you very safe. I am reminding myself that I will be on the west coast in a lot of campgrounds. Thieves here can cut through a thick cable in under 30 seconds. Lots of times you hear about people just loading bikes in a van and taking them someplace else to bust the lock (if it was not secured well to begin with).
