The other night I was time trialing and I saw a turtle and I thought, would it be wrong to stop in the middle of my TT to help a turtle across the road? Thankfully, he was already to the side he wanted to go to.
Geoff and I were climbing hills with some friends the other day. I came to the top and there he was - his bike in the grass while he took took a turtle to its intended destination!

Yay for all bird/turtle/duck, etc. savers!!!! I would do the same if I possibly could as well and have helped MANY a turtle cross the road in my time, whether riding my bike or driving. Salsa, your story was heartwarming - good for you!
