    sooo- can I be you???? You are awesome!!! I only wish I had half the discipline you do- what with all the building, moving, job etc etc etc...The great thing I learn from all you gals on TE is that you have a life and you still manage to do all this great stuff! There is hope!!

    Pika - no you can't be me. I'm still using me. And to be honest, I'm not sure you'd want all my worn out parts by the time I'm done with them. But you don't need to be me, you're great just the way you are!! I know that first hand!!

    KG - sick part is, my legs weren't any more sore than they are after any race, in fact I felt good enough to go out for a very light run yesterday and I'll do a transition workout tonight

    It's all about having a lot of base to draw from... about 11 years worth in fact.

    LOL, and the amusing part from my point of view is that I was in so much worse shape after 5k than you after back-to-back tri's. I wanna be you when I grow up. Trouble is, I'll 58 in 11 years....
